Swiss Cheese Puffs


     combine:

     1/2 c milk
     2 tbsp butter
     1/4 tsp salt
     pepper

     bring to boil

     add 1/2 c flour to milk mixture

     stir until forms ball

     beat in 2 eggs, one at a time

     beat in 1/3 c grated swiss cheese

     make 4 balls on greased baking sheet

     sprinkle grated swiss cheese on top

     bake 375 f for 40 min
