fried bacon, crumbled
onion, chopped or rings
hard boiled eggs, chopped
pepper to taste
fry bacon, pour off some of grease if there's a lot,
use about 1 tbsp grease in salad
3 tbsp vinegar
pepper
sugar to taste, about 1 teaspoon to start
pour over spinach, bacon, onion
toss
serve immediately
