sausage or pork pie

a mukluk xmas eve tradition, with homemade eggnog, fruit & cheese
also good w/ big salad
- all measurements are aproximate -
cook together, stirring occasionally
1 lb meat--some ground pork and a bit of ground beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
a little water to keep it from sticking
- cook low about 1/2 hr , until meat is cooked gray
- put in a pie crust
- bake until browned, about one hour at 350 degrees F
