mai tais

mix

1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz triple sec or curacao (or other orange liquer)
1 tbsp amaretto (or other almond liquer)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp grenadine
2 oz rum

dilute with a bit with water if desired (probably a good idea)

serve over ice

makes a few drinks that are stronger than they taste
